Pecan Springs Ranch Wedding | Cowboy Chic Nadya & Chris

Seventeen Acres of hill country peppered with towers pecan trees, a small creek, beer donkeys, an 1800's original chimney. and a 6000 square foot climate controled (thank God!) building, is what make Pecan Springs Ranch one of the best indoor/outdoor wedding venues in the wedding belt of Texas.

Nadya and Chris had a cowboy chic wedding in the dead of August, and I, a 27 week pregnant photographer was particularly thankful for that 6k squarefoot venue space. Pecan Springs pulled together the elegance yet rustic Texas vibe these Arizona residents wanted for their wedding.

On a hot day in August, Nadya and Chris had cold watermelon cubes for their guest while they waited for the ceremony to begin.

Their ceremony took place under the century oaks of Pecan Springs Ranch, a shady grove hidden from the sun where the couple exchanged their vows.

One of the best things about Pecan Springs Ranch is the wide open skies. That combined with summers longer sunsets made for the perfect light to take couples portraits in the warm orange glow.

No Cowboy chic wedding is complete without a couple of miniature donkeys carrying beer for you and your guests. Beer Burros are a fun photo opportunity for guest and obviously a fun way to stay cool during cocktail hour

6,000 square feet of open space is more than enough for a medium to large guest list. Nadya and Chris didn't have a huge guest list however, they did have a live cover band that took up quite a bit of space but left more than enough room for a party on the dance floor.
